The CapCenter-UVA ZERO Mortgage Payment Sweepstakes:

• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY FOR ENTRY. All eligible entries will have an equal chance at winning.
• CONTEST PERIOD. The sweepstakes contest begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 8, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
• SPONSOR. This sweepstakes contest is conducted on behalf of Capital Center, L.L.C. d/b/a CapCenter. CapCenter is both a licensed mortgage lender in VA, NC, SC, MD, DC, GA, OH, PA, and FL and a licensed real estate broker in VA, NC, SC, MD, and DC. NMLS ID #67717 (www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org). Equal Housing Opportunity. CapCenter’s primary office is located at 4461 Cox Road, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
• ELIGIBILITY. This sweepstakes contest is limited to adult (18 years or older) residents of Virginia. One entry per person. Void where prohibited. Employees of CapCenter and their immediate family members are not eligible. Winner is solely responsible for any tax implications resulting from a Prize. The odds of receiving a Prize depend on the number of entries. The eligible winners will have no obligation to perform before receiving a Prize, and there will be no obligation to redeem a Prize.
• PRIZE. There is one Grand Prize and ten Secondary Prizes (each, a “Prize”) to be awarded as a part of this sweepstakes contest. The Grand Prize is a payment to the winner in the Grand Prize Amount paid as a lump sum via check, ACH, or other cash equivalent in CapCenter’s discretion. The Grand Prize Amount is equal to the winner’s One Month Mortgage or One Month Rent payment. Actual retail value varies by winner. "One Month Mortgage" is defined as the amount required to be paid monthly to satisfy the winner's monthly mortgage obligation (monthly principal and interest, plus 1/12 annual property taxes and homeowner's insurance, if escrowed), as reflected on the most recent mortgage statement. “One Month Rent” is defined as the amount required to paid monthly to winner’s landlord to satisfy the winner’s rental obligation, as reflected in the winner’s written lease agreement. Entries for the Grand Prize will be combined with entries from the CapCenter-VCU ZERO Mortgage Payment Sweepstakes, which has the same eligibility terms and Sweepstakes Period. The odds of receiving the Grand Prize depend on the number of combined total entries in both the CapCenter-UVA ZERO Mortgage Payment Sweepstakes and the CapCenter-VCU ZERO Mortgage Payment Sweepstakes. The Secondary Prize is a UVA Merchandise Gift Basket (retail value: $25.00 each). The odds of receiving the Secondary Prize depend on the number of entries in this CapCenter-UVA ZERO Mortgage Payment Sweepstakes.
• WINNER SELECTION. Selection of the Grand Prize and Secondary Prize winners will be made at random from the pool of eligible entries at 4461 Cox Road, Glen Allen, Virginia 23060 on or about March 9, 2026. The winners will be contacted by email within 24 hours of selection, and all entrants will be notified by email no later than March 13th 2026. The prizes will be delivered within ten (10) days of notification as long as all information and documentation necessary to deliver the prize is provided to CapCenter within five (5) days of notification (see PRIZE REDEMPTION below).
• PRIZE REDEMPTION: To redeem the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner must provide the following to effectuate timely prize delivery: (1) Most recent monthly mortgage statement provided by winner's mortgage servicer or a copy of the winner’s lease agreement currently in effect; (2) Payment instructions for winner; and (3) Completed W-9 for winner, if prize amount is $600 or higher. To redeem a Secondary Prize, the winner must provide his/her name and delivery address.
• ADDITIONAL TERMS. CapCenter is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. Entries are not transferable and cannot be combined with other promotional offers. By submitting an entry, the winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless CapCenter and each of its employees, representatives, contractors, and advertisers for any and all liability, loss, damages, costs or claims regarding the award of, receipt of, or use of their prize. The Grand Prize winner is wholly responsible for ensuring timely payment of his/her mortgage or rent and for fulfilling the terms of his/her Promissory Note, Deed of Trust/Mortgage, and/or lease agreement. The winner will assume any applicable tax liability for their prize. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Each winner’s first name and last initial may be included in a publicly available winner’s list.
